PointClickView is a UK-wide property directory for private sellers, landlords and estate agents. It gives people a place to advertise, discover properties and make a direct connection.
A clear role
We publish property advertisements. You contact the advertiser directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp, using the details they have chosen to share. The people involved arrange their own viewings, checks, negotiations and professional advice.
Choice on both sides
You can browse without paying or creating an account. Advertisers pay a clear listing fee or monthly subscription. We do not charge a sales commission. An estate agent advertising here may have separate fees under their own agreement with their client.

A considered launch
