Before payments open
Paid checkout remains disabled until the operator details, VAT position and final cancellation process are confirmed. The final checkout must show the total price, billing frequency and applicable cancellation rights before a payment is made.
Monthly subscription cancellation
Cancel through the billing portal once available. Recurring billing stops at the end of the current paid month. Up to 10 approved, eligible listings remain visible until that period ends unless withdrawn, removed or no longer available. Cancellation does not automatically erase your account or drafts.
Single listing
The £99 plan covers one property for 90 days from approved, paid publication. You may withdraw the property at any time. Early withdrawal does not itself determine a refund; applicable consumer rights, whether service has begun and the reason for the request must be considered.
Consumer cancellation rights
Where distance-contract cancellation rights apply to a consumer purchase, the applicable period and process will be explained before checkout. If you expressly request service to begin during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply to service already supplied. This is not a blanket exclusion of cancellation or refund rights.
Rejected adverts, duplicate charges and service issues
Contact support with the listing or payment reference. We will assess the advertising supplied, the reason for rejection or interruption and the applicable legal rights. Do not include full payment-card details. Refunds, where due, should return through the original payment method.
Cancellation request
You may use the contact form with the topic “Cancellation”, your account email, the purchase date and reference, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. The final operator postal and email details will also be provided before launch.
