Authority and accuracy

• Only advertise a UK property you own, manage or are authorised to represent.
• Use your correct advertiser type. Agents must not present themselves as private owners.
• Give an accurate price, location, description and material facts. Disclose relevant limitations rather than hiding them in vague wording.
• Use photographs and documents you are allowed to publish. Do not use misleading edits or images of another property.

Content we will not accept

• Scams, impersonation, duplicate spam or properties that are not genuinely available.
• Discriminatory wording, unlawful exclusions, harassment or offensive material.
• Prohibited fees, misleading price claims or requests to send property money through this platform.
• Personal documents, financial details or identifiable people included without a lawful reason.

Review and changes

We may request corrections, reject or remove advertisements. Material changes to an approved listing require another review. Approval concerns advertising suitability and is not professional verification of the property or advertiser.

Keep it current

Update availability promptly and mark a property sold, let or withdrawn when appropriate. Use the report process to raise problems with another advertisement.
