Who is responsible
The operator’s legal identity, postal address and privacy contact will be supplied before launch. This draft must be completed with those details and the final provider arrangements.
Information we use
- Account email, profile details and authentication records to manage access.
- Property descriptions, location details, media and chosen public contact details to provide advertising.
- Advertising payment and subscription references. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe when enabled, not stored in our listings database.
- Reports, support enquiries and limited security records to handle problems and protect the service.
Public and private information
Listings and opted-in contact methods become public only when approved and funded. Choosing approximate location removes the exact address and full postcode from the public property data. Do not include private information in a title, description, photograph or document you intend to publish.
Purposes and legal bases
The intended bases are contract for delivering accounts and paid advertising, legal obligations for required financial records, legitimate interests for security and service support, and consent where an optional use requires it. These bases and any balancing assessments must be confirmed by the operator.
Providers and retention
The build uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase through Lovable Cloud for application data, authentication and storage. Stripe is planned for payments. Final data locations, international transfer arrangements and retention periods must be documented before launch. We retain data only for a stated purpose and delete or anonymise it when that purpose ends, subject to legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your profile, change public contact choices and withdraw listings. Depending on the circumstances, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Use the contact form for privacy requests. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
