Draft — not yet legally reviewed
This page is a working draft prepared during the build of PointClickView. It is incomplete until the site owner supplies the operator legal name, registered address, public support address, VAT status and final domain, and until a qualified adviser has reviewed the wording. Do not rely on it as final terms.

Essential account storage
Authentication uses browser storage to keep you signed in and refresh your session. These credentials are used for your account and are not advertising cookies. Sign out when using a shared device.
Your shortlist
When you choose to save properties, their listing IDs are stored in this browser under “pcv-shortlist-v1”. This enables the feature you requested. The shortlist is not an account-synchronised record and does not follow you to other devices. Clear it on the shortlist page or through browser settings.
Analytics and marketing
Google Analytics 4 (G-5GK30T65SS) loads only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand visits, page use and device information. Rejecting analytics does not affect browsing, accounts or listings. Advertising consent and Google signals are not enabled. The _ga and _ga_* cookies may be set after acceptance; Google normally uses a maximum lifetime of two years, subject to browser limits.
Third-party content
Listing photographs are served from our storage provider. The homepage photograph is hosted with the site. Email, telephone and WhatsApp actions open your chosen app or an external service with its own privacy practices.
Managing storage
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics at any time. We store your choice for up to six months in pcv-analytics-consent-v1. Rejecting after acceptance stops collection for this tag and clears its accessible analytics cookies. Your browser also lets you clear site data and control cookies. Clearing authentication storage signs you out. Clearing shortlist storage removes saved property IDs from this device. Contact us if you need help understanding a storage item.
