Looking for a property?

• Choose Buy or Rent and search a town, city or postcode. Refine by price, bedrooms, property type or advertiser.
• Read the full listing, look through the photographs and available documents, and save the properties you want to revisit.
• Contact the advertiser through their published email, phone or WhatsApp details. Arrange viewings and ask questions directly.
• Carry out your own checks, agree next steps with the advertiser and instruct qualified advisers where appropriate.

Advertising a property?

• Create and verify your advertiser account, then save a listing draft.
• Add accurate facts, clear photographs and your chosen contact methods. Choose whether to show your full address.
• Submit it for review. Approval and paid advertising time are separate requirements.
• Once approved and funded, your listing appears in public search. Manage it from your dashboard and remove it promptly when it is no longer available.

What happens after contact

PointClickView does not negotiate, book or attend viewings, manage offers, conduct referencing or handle purchase money, rent or tenancy deposits. Your professional advisers and the other party each have their own roles; instruct them directly.
