Our service
PointClickView provides a property advertising directory. Advertisers supply their listings and visitors choose whether to contact them. We are not a party to a property sale or tenancy and do not hold deposits, rent or purchase funds.
Using the website
Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Do not scrape personal contact details for unsolicited marketing, disrupt the service, impersonate another person or upload content you have no right to use.
Listings and third parties
Listings may change or be withdrawn. Review is not a guarantee of identity, ownership, property condition or suitability. Verify information independently and obtain professional advice where appropriate. Links to third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to maintain a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a sale, let, enquiry volume or search position. Nothing in these draft terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and disputes
Material changes to these terms will be made available clearly. The final operator details, effective date, applicable law and any dispute provisions will be confirmed before launch, while preserving protections that apply in a user’s jurisdiction.
