POINTCLICKVIEW

Advertiser terms

Draft terms for paid property advertising.

Draft — not yet legally reviewed

This page is a working draft prepared during the build of PointClickView. It is incomplete until the site owner supplies the operator legal name, registered address, public support address, VAT status and final domain, and until a qualified adviser has reviewed the wording. Do not rely on it as final terms.

Your advertisement

You must have authority to advertise the property and rights to the content you provide. Keep the price, material facts, contact details and availability accurate. Our advertising standards form part of the service requirements.

Plans and duration

The single-listing plan is £99 for one property and 90 days beginning on its first approved, paid publication. The subscription is £250 per month for up to 10 active listings. It renews monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Tax treatment and final payable totals will be stated before checkout once the operator’s VAT position is confirmed.

Review and publication

Payment alone does not publish an advertisement. We may request changes or reject content. Material edits return a listing to review; an already-started advertising period continues while changes are reviewed. A property that is no longer available must be withdrawn or marked sold or let.

Your customers and professional duties

You handle enquiries, viewings, negotiations and transactions directly. Agents and landlords remain responsible for their own registrations, licensing, redress membership and other duties where applicable. Our advertising does not replace those obligations.

Cancellation and service commencement

Read the cancellation and refund information before paying. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, these will be explained and any request to begin service during a cancellation period will be collected expressly. No blanket waiver of statutory rights is imposed.

No outcome guarantee

Advertising does not guarantee a sale, let or number of enquiries. Any agent fees under a separate contract remain between that agent and its client.
