Prepare the basics
Gather the asking price, tenure, area and a clear description of the parcel being offered. Name the nearest settlement and give accurate location information. If you use approximate public location, be ready to explain the precise entrance privately to a prospective buyer.
Describe what is known
- Enter the area in acres and explain its source in the description if approximate.
- Choose the land category that best describes the current offer.
- Set planning status from the actual evidence; use Not confirmed when you do not know.
- Explain physical access, any known shared arrangements and connected or unconfirmed services.
Use helpful media
Upload your own genuine photographs of the land, its entrance and relevant features. A site plan can explain the offered parcel, but label any illustrative boundary clearly. Remove personal details from documents before uploading, and only publish material you have permission to use.
Keep it current
Use your normal dashboard to save changes, respond to review feedback and withdraw the advert when necessary. Material changes need review again. The same advertising plans cover homes and land; a monthly account has ten active places in total.
